Please be as specific as possible in describing the problem or the work requested.
If you are reporting a repair needed to an appliance, please supply us with the make and the model.
If you are reporting a leaking tap, is it the hot water tap, and how badly it is leaking? Have you checked to see whether any other taps are leaking in the property?
This means that you authorise our office or repairer to enter the property with keys in order to carry out the repair  Yes     No
