Trevor Bell is the name synonymous with Real Estate in the Dandenong Ranges. With almost 20 years in the industry, Trevor is carrying on the family business that was started by his father in 1973, with a very good expectation that a third generation may get involved as Trevor is the father of four boys.

The family is a huge priority and maintaining the family unit is something that Trevor has built the company on with Bell's sales staff enjoying a lifestyle unparalleled by other real estate practitioners.

Having worked in the Belgrave, Ferntree Gully and Olinda offices over the past two decades, Trevor has a very broad knowledge of all of the suburbs in the Dandenong Ranges and foothills.

Prior to running the Bell group Trevor was a carpenter & building contractor which gave him excellent grounding in the building, renovating and extending of homes. It is this grounding that allows Trevor to offer expert advice. Depending on your requirements, Trevor can offer advice on weighing up the pro's and con's of extending and renovating versus moving and upgrading, investment properties or how to maximise the return on your property for the day you wish to sell.

Trevor is also heavily involved with many local sporting and non-profit organisations, assisting with fund raising and organisational challenges.
