Laird Coulter - Licensed Real Estate Agent

Laird is a fully licensed Estate Agent and Branch Manager for the Warburton office of Bell Real Estate.  Laird joined the group when they incorporated KG Thomas Pty Ltd in November 2008.  He had been with Thomas’s for over ten years, and has worked in real estate in the Yarra Valley and outer eastern suburbs for the entire of his working life. Laird’s philosophy is that “work doesn't seem like work at all if you enjoy what you do”, and this has kept him in the business for over 40 years!  Even though times have changed to include time-saving computers, the basic principles are still the same and Laird derives great satisfaction from finding homes for people, for what is possibly the biggest investment on their lives. Of the many Vendors whom Laird has assisted to move on, due to life’s changing circumstances, and purchasers just starting out or repeat buyers, many have become personal friends and all are welcome to call in and see Laird for a chat or perhaps a little free advice about any real estate matter.
