Samantha Price - Agents Representative

Sam joined Bell Real Estate early in 2010 as a Personal Assistant to the Sales Staff, and has quickly moved on to a more challenging Sales Role.   

Sam began in Real Estate 21 years ago, and after bringing up her family of four children, has now embarked on the 2nd phase of her Real Estate Career.  Working part-time for the last 20 years in various fields such as  Interior Decoration, Pharmacy and Environmental Education for Children, Sam is now using her many and varied life skills in understanding the needs of her clients.

Sam, her husband and 4 children have all been in involved in the local football and basketball clubs, and enjoy life on a Hobby Farm with their 3 Boxers,  Jack Russell, birds, cows, and horses.  Sam’s love of the Yarra Valley and surrounding areas, her communication skills and attention to detail are some of the many reasons why       listing your home with her will be a wise decision.  Through personal experience Sam knows that selling your home can be a tough time, but with the right help and advice it can be very rewarding.
