Office & Operations Manager
With a background in sales and operational management, Kristy was thrilled to join the team at Montrose in the role of Office & Operations manager earlier this year. Kristy has a slight obsession with spreadsheets and organisation, 2 traits that have seen her seamlessly take to this role and run the office efficiently from day one. Kristy has a passion for providing everyone who deals with our office, both internal and external clients with a high level of commitment and professionalism. She is positive and confident, and believes in working hard to get things done correct the first time. Outside of the office Kristy is busy with 3 young children, a 9, 7 and 5 year old. She enjoys starting her day with coffee, and ending it with a wine, and if she's surrounded by her friends and family whilst doing either of these things, she's a happy lady.
