Bell Real Estate was started by Rosalie’s parents Sydney and Val Bell, over 47 years ago and originally established in the Box Hill area. Mr Bell then realised that the popular Dandenong Ranges and surrounding districts desperately needed a real estate service and moved his business to the hills in 1975. He then closed the Box Hill office in 1983 and expanded his business to now include offices in Belgrave, Emerald, Olinda, Montrose, Yarra Junction and Warburton. With the help of his daughter Rosalie Day (nee Bell) the business has flourished. Rosalie originally joined the firm as a receptionist almost 45 years ago, and went on to attain her full real estate licence establishing her own office in Emerald with husband Grant Day who also joined the business in 1995. Under the management and mentoring of Rosalie and Grant, the Emerald office has continued to thrive, becoming a trusted choice for the local community, and achieving outstanding success as a result. With daughter Bethany as Senior Sales Consultant and Aaron as Senior Property Consultant, Bell Real Estate is truly a continuing family tradition of three generations offering a professional service to their clients.
