Trevor Bell is the name synonymous with Real Estate in the Dandenong Ranges. Trevor has been in the industry since 1986 and is carrying on the family business which was started by his father in 1973, with the third generation and two of Trevor's four boys - Ryan and Elliot now involved. Family is a huge priority to Trevor and maintaining the family unit is something that he has built the company on with Bell's sales staff enjoying a lifestyle unparalleled by other real estate practitioners. Having worked in the Belgrave, Ferntree Gully and Olinda offices over the past three decades, Trevor has a very broad knowledge of all of the suburbs in the Dandenong Ranges and foothills. Prior to running the Bell group Trevor was a carpenter and building contractor which gave him an excellent grounding in the building, renovating and extending of homes. It is this knowledge that allows Trevor to offer expert advice. Depending on your requirements, Trevor can offer advice on weighing up the pro's and cons of extending and renovating versus moving and upgrading, he can also offer advice on investment properties or how to maximise the return on your property for the day you wish to sell. Trevor is also heavily involved with many local sporting and non-profit organisations, assisting with fundraising and organisational challenges. Personal service and creating customers for life has been the focus of the organisation and Trevor's personal mission throughout his life.
