8A Maurice Road, GRUYERE

Built by its current owner in 1989 on former orchard land, this much-loved family home has evolved over three decades into a wonderfully established country holding across approximately 23 acres, where sweeping lawns, productive trees, open paddocks, bushland and dams unfold beneath big-sky views from almost every window.

A circular driveway sets the scene for a memorable arrival, sweeping past Japanese maples and blue spruce towards the bullnose verandah and the home's broad, welcoming facade. Inside, the interiors remain largely true to their era, thoughtfully enhanced in parts over the years and impeccably cared for, offering genuine comfort today along with scope to update and personalise in time.
